Lovely little secluded price of tranquility Ib the middle of all the mayhem. Love the place.

Clean, well maintained little park on the edge of the city centre. Usually quiet and with a merciful lack of loitering kids. Great for yoga or a picnic; small grass squares interspersed with flower beds and trees. Like most of Manchester these days, there is an increasing homeless problem and a few do settle down for the evening in the park. Don't bother going at night anyway, the park is poorly lit with no street lights.
