Easy to get around. Spaces decent sizes. Clear signage on parking being CASHLESS ONLY and pay by app at the end as you leave, so it's very hassle-free. My white car is on an end spot and I did have to get out on the passenger side but I had left the driver next to me plenty of space to be fair so I didn't get bumped accidentally.
SO expensive! Close to the Crystal Maze so it was ideal for us at our works party, but it cost £34!!! I think we got there for around 3:30 then left at 10pm. The car park itself was clean, felt safe enough, and had decent spaces. Be aware that it may be worth getting public transport into the city if you can.
Clean and safe car park. However it got expensive £34.95 once it went past a few hours and hit the 24 hour rate. I wasn't there up to 24 hours more like 10:15 until 19:15 or so. I left Black Sheep coffee when they shut and then went back. There is another car park close by but this has shutters down and you need a sleeper to access it. Manchester is very limited for car parks these days but this one is well situated.
Clean and safe. Lots of cameras. Good location to the city center, lots of parking spots across lots of floors. Only getting 3 stars as the sign offered a “evening fee” which is cheaper after 5pm. We arrived at 5:10pm on a Sunday and was charged the regular rate. It costs us approximately £12 for 3 hours.
Do not park here. Complete rip off. Just paid £29.99 for 5 hours. Also takes a very long time to leave car park when busy, due to the traffic lights on junction.
If I could give this car park minus stars, I would. There's clearly a huge problem with crime in this car park and nothing is being done to combat it. My husbands car BMW has been broken into several times over the last year. They use technology to gain electronic access so the car isn't actually damaged. They make a huge mess rifling through the globe compartment trying to find items of value. He has had a sentimental watch stolen and most recently his passport. Do not use this car park. Avoid at all costs. The fact that they have cctv and lots of cameras makes me suspect that the staff or security are a part of the criminal activity. They should be shut down.
Very busy, parked on lvl 9. Good smell of urine in the stairwell. Guards patrolling along with the police so felt very secure. Could definitely do with some more signs as not easy to find.
Absolute pants!! If you are gonna go cashless for parking, atleast have a system that works!! For over 45 mins we struggled to pay after downloading the app. So failing the app we paid manually, but then the camera hadn't seen our reg plate on the way in!! Absolute garbage Stay away from this place..it will make your blood boil
Autopay is now switched off for this car park and I received and paid a fine instead reduced amount after appeal the only difference to the signage in the car park is the wonderful use of the Yellow tape to cross out that Autopay is no longer in use which I have only seen since being fined and I will not be using NCP again in future for any Car Park in case they have 'changed' the payment process in that Car Park too with minimal notification.
The alarm has been going off for 12 hours throughout the night and still going. Called, the woman said she’d send someone to sort it but clearly has not. There’s 100’s of people that live right next to the car park. Do better. Yours sincerely, an NHS doctor who now has to pull a 16 hour shift, on little sleep due to the blaring alarm.
