For central city parking in the heart of Manchester this is handy. Granted these spaces are not the biggest and not made for your 4x4's or MPV's, but good enough for the average sized run around. When parking anywhere especially in Manchester, never have your valuables on show and always have your stuff in the boot or in the glove box - because you are just asking for your car to be broken into, even if the carpark has cctv or not and here is no different. Price wise, this is about right, there are a few cheaper and a few more expensive in and around the area. But for the location to most of what you need and where you need to get to, this is not bad at all. Plus for me, I like the paying for the parking at the end of your stay and only paying for time there and not paying at the start when you've either got to rush back to avoid a fine, or end up paying for too much time that you don't use. So if your like me, then that's good.
Do not park your car here, had our car broken into using some type of device and now looking at the reviews it seems like this happens a lot. Took a suitcase that we needed for a trip the morning we found out for our first wedding anniversary. Staff aren’t very helpful in the matter definitely not as secure as the site suggests. We stayed in ‘Yotel’ and they don’t have their own car park.
Very small spaces and the app payment system needs to be better as you lose signal as you drive in to the car park so can't 'activate' in the way the app requires. Decent location though.
So called ticketless car park. Don't think it's more secure than other multi-storey car parks. It's easy to miss the entrance. Seems popular as there are many car already by noon. Costly, £7 for two hours.
They don't let you stop by the machines to pay you have to stop before you see them so I had to go out and round and then back in to pay. Then it made me pay £3.45 for going in to pay 2 minute stay and I still had to go online and pay £10 for my short stay before that. They deserve one star for that.
Parked here for a charity ball at the Hilton. Came back to a car with everything in the boot and glove box scattered around the car. All bank cards and laptop stolen. There’s no cameras tracking foot traffic into the car park as all cameras are fit to ensure registration plates are tracked. Spoke to an NCP staff member who said he couldn’t help. The car was locked so it seems there’s some slick people about with devices to unlock cars. Avoid parking here if you can.
A well-priced and well-located car park; I hadn't parked in the area before but was pleasantly surprised by the surroundings. The costs are reasonable, and if you use the app, you'll get a discount with the auto payment option.
I am crying right now so bad. I was there before 22:00 and not open. I run like crazy asked Uber to drive quick you can ask driver I was there 21:56 cause I know close 22:00. manager bad could did not want to help.heid was friend she helped but I don't know why not telling me her family name. My rental car is there I now have to pay extra day take other flight and pay for hotel. Very expensive on weekend. Not sure if insurance pay. I do not have much money. I saved for five years for this holiday. My mother always wanted to go but died. I am so sad . If you say I lie we can watch video.
AVOID !!!! Like others I parked here thinking my car would be secure There were some guys hanging about and I didn’t think anything of it Got back to my car only to find someone had opened my car possibly like other reports with some kind of device and a number of belongings were taken and to top it off it cost me £25 so robbed twice
Embarrassing car park. £17 for 4 hours on a Wednesday night. What did my £17 investment pay for? Am I a shareholder now? Next time I’ll take the parking fine and save money.
