Easy to get around. Spaces decent sizes. Clear signage on parking being CASHLESS ONLY and pay by app at the end as you leave, so it's very hassle-free. My white car is on an end spot and I did have to get out on the passenger side but I had left the driver next to me plenty of space to be fair so I didn't get bumped accidentally.
Very busy, parked on lvl 9. Good smell of urine in the stairwell.nnGuards patrolling along with the police so felt very secure.nnCould definitely do with some more signs as not easy to find.
Autopay is now switched off for this car park and I received and paid a fine instead reduced amount after appeal the only difference to the signage in the car park is the wonderful use of the Yellow tape to cross out that Autopay is no longer in use which I have only seen since being fined and I will not be using NCP again in future for any Car Park in case they have 'changed' the payment process in that Car Park too with minimal notification.
Cashless car park. For best experience use the app and purchase within it to avoid queues. Perfectly situated for Factory Studios.nHas night rates after 5 pm.nNot cheap but convenient.
The car park was already busy when I arrived at around 2.00pm on a weekday. Consequently, I had to drive up to the 16th floor to find a parking spot. This multi-storey car park is well placed for the People's History Museum.
