NOT SAFE!! Staying in the hotel next door which affiliates with this NCP, and has a stunning view from the window of this carpark. Friday night 23:00- 2 teenagers with balaclavas are going car to car looking in the windows and pulling handles. One had a backpack. Thankfully 999 responded immediately and scared the little scrubs away, but THIS CARPARK IS NOT SECURE.
Excellent car park. Good system, easy to use. Would recommend.
Difficult to find - no sign posts for it. Very tight spaces. Expensive. Difficult to find you way out of on foot. Will try a different one if we ever go to Manchester again.
Parked on the 8th floor on a Sunday evening. Came back after 2 hours and the windows were smashed and the car looted. Security doors at the car park were not working and NCP were not helpful in providing CCTV to the police. Didn’t even get a refund for the £7.50 we paid for the privilege of getting robbed! You would be safer parking on the street. Avoid!!
DO NOT use this car park, car was left there and window was smashed into everything was stolen and car vandalised, many cases of this has been reported and happened, they have no security cameras in the building except the enterance, the man who was meant to be monitoring said he left for 30 minutes, found car at 2am thankfully was able to drive it out of there.
Too narrow bays and too expensive for the service and safety they can provide. They are taking max advantage of their spot in the middle of the city. If you need parking for more than 2hrs, better go somewhere else and fill up your tank for the amount they charge.
Customer service doesn't have standard, some agents are professionnel some are just time wasters , one of them is called Jel, she kept beating around the bush not to solve the problem and wasted all of my time and missed my appointment because of her.
Quite a squeeze to get in and out but for less than £8 all day if you get in before 9am... it's great value
The spaces are not even suitable for a smart car. If you’re fat then please be prepared to be locked in your car cause you will not be able to get out. I’m pregnant and gosh was it a struggle. Really bad car park. To add to the small spaces they all have wall like bollards in the spaces also so be careful to not scratch your car.
The car park roof is very low. Do not take Range Rover or Defender into this car park. It's states that it can fit a car below 6foot 4 however this is not the case.
