Amazing car park for the location! The ParkPass app offers a first time 10% discount when you sign up and also a reduced tariff if you use autopay- payment is taken automatically when you leave via ANPR. Felt very safe leaving the car here for 2 nights, there’s security on site and if you enter from street level, you have to enter your numberplate although anyone can just walk up the ramp. It’s also very tight getting in and out because of the raised kerbs but £35 for 48 hours was a steal
Only one pay station for the entire building, large heavy steel gated exit and entrance, dirty tired and feels unsafe in low light. Ncp should be ashamed to call this one of their car parks. Payment on the app is slow and clunky. No sight of any accessible entrance or exit or access to lifts.

Not the cheapest of car parks, but a great location. I also like the fact that it's completely automated when it comes to payment. You can register in advance on the app, and it takes the correct payment by usually ANPR on your car when you leave. You can also maybe find a discount code such as MANCSAVER, which will give you a discounted rate.
Easy to park for picking up from the coach station. Convenient, has stairs but also lift if needed
I was in this car park on 20/07/2022 and paid a debit card of £ 10.35. I was around from 11.40 am but I clicked that I was from 11.00 am. Then I got a penantly ticket to pay because it was stated that I did not pay for the parking, which is not true. I checked the transfer from the bank and sent the records from the bank. So far silence and they will want me to pay probably £ 100 even though I have paid the £10.35 fee for time on car park.
Expensive. And once the cameras do not record the license plate. Fixed the second time. I don't know if I paid for both times or for one. Maybe there will be a penalty, and the receipt will be sent by mail afterwards.
DO NOT use this car park. They promise 24/7 security. They DONT have any security at all. Had my car broken into and evidence of others having suffered. Avoid at all costs
Nice central location prices are a bit expensive during the day but the night rates are good and is perfect location for a designated driver to park when on a night in the village
Parked for 24 hours easy to use via the app and a discount code was applied at checkout
