pre-booked parking for a show at Palace Theatre. On arrival, use the lane with the green light, not necessarily the lane markers. Number plate was recognised & barrier opened. Plenty of spaces available. For exiting, go back the same way as entry, it's two-way, and again, use the lane with the green light. Car park is clean and well lit, security door to get back in, lift worked. All in all a very good experience and will certainly use again.

Easy to find carpark with excellent directions given. However on entry and looking for the disabled parking spaces which I require due to my wife's disability. We found them all occupied by cars not one displaying a blue badge or any other indication that one or more of the people who had travelled in that vehicle was disabled.  The space I found was to narrow to allow my wife to get out of the car when I parked my car. So she had to alight before I parked, which stopped other traffic using the carpark, much to the obvious frustration.

I've used this car park many times and it's usually been a positive experience, easy to get in and out and feels safe and secure. The only negative was my last visit, when I had pre-booked as usual and got into the car park fine, but on exiting the barrier wouldn't open until I pressed the Help button and explained that I had already paid and gave my registration. They did open it for me quickly but it had me in a bit of panic for a minute, and I'm now worried about it happening again especially since I often park there into the early hours and I don't know if the helpdesk people are there 24/7. Not sure others have experienced this.

The car park is fine, feels safe etc. issue is that the pricing wasn’t available until I was pulling into the car park and it’s ridiculously expensive. £16.20 for 11-5pm.

Having been turned out of the companies sister car park which we booked as it was full, we were directed to this car park, which feels very secure and safe. Good size spaces for large car had kids so used parent and child. Will use this car park in future.
