I just like this car park but will suggest an appropriate parking bay line drawn to prevent vehicle owners looking for quick claims on scratches. Highly secured car park especially if you're going around Deansgate in Manchester. Make sure you don't misplace your ticket though and the payment is so easy as well.So many payment options . I will definitely be parking there again whenever am out in Manchester either for shopping or work do . One little clause , paying £20 for 7 hours when it's off peak in Manchester should be looked into which is why most of the parking bays are empty hence the place is under-used.
Very modern and clean, I feel safe parking my vehicle there. Only complaint is today there was a huge queue due to issues with the barriers and only one exit terminal open, people 3 point turning in the ramp with no attendant to be seen. I would also suggest moving the pay machines away from the automatic security door as it keeps opening and anybody could just walk in.
The charging points don’t work! I called Franklin energy after I parked my car and they said the chargers are disabled! The chargers are not showing on the app and I came here To q parks to charge my car and park but now I can’t and have incurred parking charges! Need to go find another place to park and charge the car. Q parks need to tel us the chargers are not working before we park

A really well-lit, well-maintained and secure car park. We used this as a location for some vehicle photography recently and the team were great to deal with when it came to access and permits. EV charging is available and the bays are wide, with good access in and out. AMEX accepted
I absolutely love this car park. Was the first time using it and was so simple with the booking online as well. Plenty of space for a Renault and a disabled toilet on the ground floor. Secure bar code door to get in when going back to the car as well. Definitely a Manchester parking win.
I used this car park over the Xmas period and it was an excellent experience. Pre booked my stay a day or so before very easy to do on-line only cost £5.40 from 6pm till 2am wow. Drive up, recognized car reg, shutter doors auto open, good lighting, good spaces and secure, excellent. Will use again.
Used Q Park First Street on New Years Eve. Parking was a cinch. Unfortunately when we returned to our car, it failed to start. The guys at the car park were fantastic with all the help they gave us to assist in trying to get our car going, Dale and Gary deserve special thanks, Gary going the extra mile with his help in trying to get our car started, and then helping us to get a taxi home, when our breakdown company told us they couldn't get to us for 9 hours!! Dale for his calm assistance in sorting out the car having to spend overnight in the car park. You're both a credit to the car park company. Well done, brilliant customer experience. 10/10
I used this car park as I was staying at the hotel INNside. The car park location is fantastic, Deansgate is a maximum five minute walk and the hotel barely a minutes walk. The car park felt incredibly secure and the spaces were surprisingly big with walking room on either side so no awkward manoeuvring when wheeling your case. It was very clean in the car park, the stairwells and the pay stations. I’m leaving a 5* review as I had to contact the customer service team to check something with them and they came back within only a couple of hours. They resolved my concern very, very quickly. Highly recommend using this car park.
Good car park situated centrally in Manchester. It was kept immaculately clean and the spaces were a good size as they tend to be in Q parks. The pricing was reasonable considering the location and was a good experience
