We will be using this page to update visitors on the various projects underway in both workshops for those who want more detail about the work we do and the boats we work on.

Brilliant museum, went on my own as my work vessel was in port. Theres a fascinating array of little boats in the main room, each with an interesting history you can discover. I really enjoyed the historical displays of nik naks and items from the merchant past. There was a superb pirate display and show. I was really happy to see some of Kirk Jacksons art on display too. The tower has the best view in Falmouth and interesting displays showing the vessel information in the marina. A must see.
Lovely day out with the children, ages 5 -14 , all of them enjoyed it. Went during the pirate exhibition in the summer holidays, very thorough and interesting, they also had a pantomime on hourly for the children which was well thought out and engaging, children loved it. Went down to tide 2 in the tower and enjoyed looking out to underwater and seeing the tide in the harbour.
Would definitely recommend - my kids had a wonderful time, there's quite abit to see and do. We watched alittle play first then we had a wonder around, its really interesting especially the bit about pirates. We also had a chance to create some craft pieces; a pirates hat, little ship and a parrot.
Super museum, fun for all ages!nnWe took a punt on an hour in the car to visit and so pleased we did!nnLots of hands on activities for the kids ours were 4 and 9 at time of visiting including a kids pirate show, some RMLI vehicles to sit on, a boat pool to drive boats on and more! The lookout tower had amazing views, better on clear days.nnWe especially enjoyed the underwater viewing area. We saw plenty of marine life including a large dogfish!nnThe cafe was lovely, good food with great views over the harbour. The shop was well stocked and worth a good look for some local items.nnIf you get a chance to visit, definitely do! You won’t be disappointed.
What a wonderful experience. My sister and I spent a whole Saturday morning here. Many different types of boats were on display. The pirate display was interactive and informative. We particularly liked the Captain Pugwash info! A journey below the harbour water was an unusual addition to the lookout above the harbour. All areas are suitable for disabled access. The restaurant was temporarily serving a limited menu, but coffee and cakes were available with superb views from here. Certainly the well stocked shop is worth a visit too. We will return in the future.
