This store has all you might need and great staff but I am rarely able to use it as there is always a FULL car park so I often am forced to shop elsewhere - disappointing
We visit this store regularly and there is always an option to bring in any animal for treatment and checkup. Prices are a little high but you can find any and everything that you need for the care of household pets.
All staff and vets always greet you with a smile and the vet takes time to explain the pets symptoms in detail.
The staff are lovely and seem to know what they are talking about. Just find some items can be a bit expensive. I also have to avoid the adoption bit that's not pets at home fault, I'm just stupid when it comes to any animal and come away with a furry creature/s as you can see with my newbies Norman & Harold.
Really friendly and helpful staff, helping us get the best fit for our dog's harness. Probably the best customer service I have experienced in a long time - and definitely the best service our dog has experienced. I think he thought he had died and gone to heaven with all the fuss!
