Wow what a lovely restaurant tucked away in the side woodland road. Parking was full when we visited as the restaurant had a event taking place on top floor. We had to park on a side roads a long way away from the restaurant but the walk back afterwards was all worth it. The restaurant has a grand, visit here statement about it and looks like a expensive vip celebrity lounge type restaurant. Beautiful entrance and decor once you get inside. We had pre-booked our table. The place was buzzing with groups and family enjoying themselves eating and drinking. We had a nice area for our family a section divided by some open interior walls which you could see and hear through but you felt private and in your own space. Sadly it was very noisy cos the group across us we feel felt they were in a nightclub not restaurant to eat. Anyway the menu has a wide range of selection and you pay for the food and place. Its not a cheap venue where food is also cheap but you get the celebrity’s treatment from the moment you walk in. Shareef was our host 5 star waiter and what a service we got. He made sure our visit was amazing. He catered for all our needs and was always on hand to explain things. He highlighted and spoke very well about the different menu options. I told him it was my daughter birthday and he and the restaurant made it extra special for her. We ordered a wide range of food from the ribeye steaks, to the lamb shank, wagu burger to children steak option. We ordered a mix of mocktail and fizzy drinks. The drinks as expected were presented beautifully. Surprisingly the food and drinks didnt take that long to arrive and biys was the wait worth it. Everyone look their food, steak cook as we requested fresh, flavoured and well seasoned, lamb shank meat just fell off the bone and the burger was top class. Silence in our family only means one thing ‘the food was amazing’. While we slowly eat our food and came to the end Shareef and manager on the house brought a desert with sparkler for free for my daughter. It was a lovely unexpected touch but these small things is what makes the difference from a normal restaurant to a world class one. We all loved this place, food was great, atmosphere and ambience was amazing, your felt like VIP in what I would say is a very posh restaurant where you would think it just for people with Ferrari and Lamborghini but we drive a family MPV so its for everyone. Yes it’s pricy well not overly priced for what you get, place and service but if you want something different it’s worth spending that extra cash you got for ‘memories are made and not forgotten’ and my daughter and family still talks about this place. Look forward to visiting again soon!!
Today, my family and I decided to try out a local spot for brunch, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the inviting atmosphere. The decorations were modern yet cozy, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and subtle touches that made the space feel welcoming without being overdone. The restaurant and the bathroom were very clean which added to the pleasant experience.nnThe service was a highlight as well. Shanayah served us and she was attentive to our needs and very polite! She was extremely kind and checked in a couple times during our meal.nnAs for the food, we were all very impressed. I ordered the chicken waffle, which was perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside with tender, flavorful chicken on top of a soft, golden waffle. My mum had the French toast, which she said was fluffy and delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. My dad had the full breakfast, and he was pleased with how everything was well prepared and generously portioned. My sister chose the omelette, and it was light, fluffy, and packed with flavour. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the quality of the food was amazing!nnOverall, the brunch was a great experience. The food was tasty and of high quality, and the atmosphere made us feel really relaxed. We left feeling satisfied and eager to return.nnI'd highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try high quality and tasty food!
Went out for a girls' night out to celebrate a friend's birthday. Atmosphere, food and entertainment not bad, however there were little things such as broken furniture when we wanted to move to another table which could have caused a safety hazard. The place is nice, but a little attention to detail would go a long way to enhance positive customer experience.
Customer service and ambience was really lovely at this restaurant. Shanayah made sure we was comfortable and had everything we needed. The steak we ordered came a little cold, which was disappointing. The chicken fillet steak was nice.
Food was below par! Burger patties were burnt, bun was so hard! Was promised evening entertainment, we confirmed before booking the table but no entertainment. The drinks are very good though.nnI’m being extremely generous with my rating, the food was an absolute disaster.
