My accommodation at the hotel was comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff. clean and tidy places. I would like a more frequent change of bed linen. but definitely on my next trip to london it will be my first choice.
Nice hotel friendly pleasant staff, short walk from Oxford circus. Some rooms better than others try to avoid 108 suffers from light from nearby buildings and noise from air-conditioning condensers outside otherwise all good.
Great staff, unfortunately we didn't get to experience all the extra facilities due to the lockdown. I'll stay here again when I'm back in london , very central and clean.
