I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed with the overall experience, especially considering the price. The value for money is outstanding—you're getting much more than you pay for. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay without breaking the bank. One thing that really stood out was the shower. It was excellent! Great water pressure, consistent hot water, and a spacious shower area made for a refreshing experience after a long day. It’s often the little things that make a difference, and this hotel certainly got that right. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel that offers great comfort, excellent amenities, and unbeatable value, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
Location is in excellent po ,everything is very closed including international rail service and underground metro . Bathroom and room is very big and specious. Excellent stuff ..they allowed me to stay 3 hrs late after check out time to accommodate my flight schedule.. will stay every time I will be visiting London. This hotel is much better than any other 5stars hotel.. will recommend others as well.
The hotel is very clean, and the facilities are nice. The rooms are very small, but they are cleaned daily, and service was good.the staff at check-in/check-out wasn't as helpful as expected. But overall it is a great hotel, for a short stay, in a great location near the train station.Rooms: 5/5
Stayed here for 1 night and the hotel looked better than I expected and staff were friendly. Everything was clean. The location is very convenient about a 5 minute walk from Euston station. The room was small but for 1 night it wasn’t a problem maybe if the stay was longer. Would stay here again
This place is just around the corner from Euston station. The rooms are small, but not unusually so for budget London rooms. I wouldn't want to stay here with 2 big cases,and there's minimal storage space. But, it's spotlessly clean, has a great, relatively large shower and the rooms are well sound insulated, I couldn't hear any traffic noise, despite being right next to the Euston Rd. And there's air conditioning, which works well. I've stayed in similarly priced places in this area, where you can hear people walking about in rooms above you, traffic noise from outside and what those in adjoining rooms are doing, including conversations and flushing toilets for example. None of that here. The odd footstep outside, but even the doors close quietly. Staff were friendly, no queues at reception and no problem or extra charge when I asked for a noon checkout time. Only negative I can think of was that the window blinds were not blackout, so if you need darkness, take an eye mask.
Good location near 2 underground line only 2-5mins walk from the station. Room is new, huge and clean but a bed is a bit tiny not the king size. We got the room on B floor, with fake window. The toilet&shower is too sexy with blurred mirror that you may see the shadow from the room. Has only 1 lift which old , slow and can carry on4pax.
I will rate this hotel after experiencing it 7 times over 3 months. The hotel enjoys a prime location and great prices, but I have many incidents with it. On 13-4-2024, the alarm rang annoyingly at 3 in the morning for half an hour, and the residents were not informed why or apologized to. During one of my visits at the beginning of June of the same year, the weather was very hot in London, and the air conditioner made a disturbing noise. After informing the reception, they very coldly told me to turn off the air conditioner, and I wouldn't hear the noise! In my last visit, which will never happen again, after receiving the room, I found out it had no fridge. After asking the reception, they told me I was unlucky and that not all rooms have a fridge!! This is a hotel where at least it should have a fridge!! In addition, the water faucet was annoying and leaking water from everywhere. The last experience was a complete failure, and problem-solving in this hotel is very poor.
Overhaul 5* great stay, we stayed for 4 nights the rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, location was great! Would definitely stay here again the staff were very attentive and friendly. Rooms: The rooms were comfy and clean Walkability: Great location to the tube and Euston station. Bars,bars restaurants and shops in walking distance Food & drinks: Food and drinks were great value for money
I work near by and use this hotel a lot the breakfast is very good. Breakfast and lunch servers are all polite and very helpful and give great customer service and very attentive nothing is to much trouble definitely recommend this hotel and the cocktails are amazing.Service: 5/5
Breakfast service was the only reason that I will not book this place next time most likely as it supposed to be really 7:00, finally once I came down 7:12 I was told that it’s still not ready so I had to leave that place hungry due to very tough agenda with cup of coffee in hand that actually cost me full breakfast service. Only this was disappointing - place itself is very nice and if You are looking for a hotel in Central London - it’s worth to consider.
