The room was nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable but the shower was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and whilst having breakfast, one member of staff brought out cake as she found out it was my birthday! The breakfast was always divine and the staff made the experience staying in this hotel truly memorable. Rooms: Nice size room, no complaints. Walkability: A five minute walk from Great Portland Street station or about 10 minutes from Regents Park or Warren Street. Food & drinks: Breakfast was lovely every time.

Location was perfect just minutes walk from Greatportland station. Clean rooms and lobby area. We stayed for 6 nights staff was always available to help. Beds are small but comfortable with clean bedding. Small groceries store near and plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. We will definitely stay here next time we travel to London.
Room was 15C when I got there. Bed has no nightstands. Front desk staff not knowledgeable or friendly. Did not greet me. Advertised as having a bar. Looked like a bank teller window. No bartender, no mixed drinks. Glass partition. Nobody speaks English. Way too expensive. Never again.Rooms: 2/5
IT was my secod stay, this time room was a lot more spacious and quiet. Food also was better quality. Location is very good, round the corner from my client's office and within walking distance to Oxford street.Rooms: 5/5
Old and good hotel. When you inter the lobby you feel that you went back to 1980. The lobby furniture, Marbel and designs. However room was good enough and has all the facilities. The AC was very good as well. The only problem that there are lots of stairs to inter the hotel which may be difficult if you have heavy luggages. However, the stuff were kind enough to help me with that.
Stayed here with work and was extremely happy. Staff were great and very attentive, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was lovely, table set out really nice with great food and staff as previously mention. I really like the whole style of the Hotel, felt very refined. My only negative was that the TV in the room was a bit far away for the size but that’s a minor detail. Felt like I was getting way more than what was paid for. Will definitely be recommending that I return here on my next trip. Rooms: Well equipped, nice style, well maintained. TV a big far away as the room was quite long. Walkability: Close to shops, restaurants and a tube station Food & drinks: Breakfast food was lovely Noteworthy details: Nice and welcoming staff who even opened the door for me on entrance
Rooms were very small and needed a little updating but overall very nice hotel with a classic flair. The staff was very nice.Rooms: 4/5
We had a very good experience here. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Royal College of Physicians in Regent's Park. It's an easy walk to the Royal College and the hotel is also close to restaurants.Rooms: 4/5
