Amazing stay as always. The staff are all so friendly and helpful.
A bit dated. Covid measures could be better. Couldn't find staff at breakfast and breakfast was undercooked so was left. Room was very clean and staff were professional, helpful and smart.
Lovely, spacious and clean rooms. Great location and truely excellent service. The receptionists , bar, housekeeping and dining room staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. Worth a visit and highly recommended
Hotel staff are all very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. We have booked the Portland suite to host training sessions for our staff. Everything is in place to keep us safe during the pandemic, which we are grateful for. Thank you Thomasz and staff
Great service, the room is perfectly fine. Decent location. There are 2 types of breakfast 1. Continental 18 gbp and the English breakfast 24 gbp.
Decent 4 star hotel. The price is a bit high taking into account that the hotel inside is not the newest one. Other than that the check in process, room quality and breakfast are ok. Be careful as there is no ac in the rooms so the temperature inside can be quite hot especially in the summer.
