Lovely place to stay. Really friendly and welcoming hosts. Very helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. Room very nice. Clean and comfortable. Had a lovely weekend.

Me and my partner stayed here from Friday to Monday, Peter and Jane were wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed and on our first day gave us information on where we could go and how to get into town. When we left they also gave us a little souvenir magnet which was really lovely of them, the room was very nice to stay in and they provided a wonderful service, would stay again:)

Friendly hosts and a spotlessly clean room. Also, tasty fresh breakfasts in a lovely light and airy breakfast room. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Lovely clean rooms and a first class breakfast. The owners gave us a warm welcome ane lots of information about York and places to eat and drink. Only a short 15 min. walk  into York. Susan, Andrew, Mick and Pat
