Yesterday a lovely gentleman came to pick me up from Royton to Rochdale. He was very nice and he put me at ease in such bad weather conditions. Always use them & this has made me happy with my choice
After using Motown since days of Shaft, you now phone if you get the lady so nice polite, but omg get the man so darn rude, time for a change.
I have used Motown regularly for nearly a year to get to and from work. Never had a problem with them, as soon as i book through the app i get someone on the way almost instantly. Some drivers are quiet, some you can have a conversation or a laugh with.
Arrived within a minute of calling. Driver friendly & professional
The firm seems to be going downhill as some receptionists don't seem to know what they are doing then lie to cover their mistakes. When a taxi is booked 55 minutes in advance it shouldn't turn up 15 minutes late. Also when questioned as to why it's late and why a text has not been sent, to be told the text message service hasn't been used for the last 2 months is just yet more lies
Only use this taxi company in shaw due to an issue with the other one a while ago.. Just had both a drop off and puck up by different drivers and had a laff with both drivers.short journey's but funny both ways. And.... 5 mins after being dropped off,knock on door with driver returning wife phoneb4 we knew she had left it. Great service,always on time and friendly
Don't bother using this firm!! Asked for a taxi, taken by someone else within 1 minuite of taxi arriving at venue. We had two young kids 5 and 2 and yiu left us stranded. Driver eventually arrived but was very rude, sucking through teeth when I asked him to drive onto our estate. Will never ever use again.
Rudest taxi driver. He was arranging to order me another taxi whilst I sat in the back of the car in order to take two other girls who were stood at the side door for a job they hadn't even booked in. I did not feel comfortable being in there. Will NOT be using your firm again
I booked taxi to B&Q OLDHAM ON 24/9/2020 in afternoon I was appauled at service Taxi full of smoke and sickning no hold ups..in car ... I was in and out of B&Q IN 2 MINS COST £12.40 FROM SHAW WAIT AND RETURN Motown litterally dont care of coronavirous ? At all . if crompton taxis find out Eventually they will take custom ? T goodhew
This used to be our regular cab company as they delivered good service, but they have not been as efficient with pre-bookings lately. We pre-ordered the night before for an airport cab and they didn't have the courtesy to tell us they could not fulfil it at the time we needed and left us waiting 15 mins.
