I have just phoned a taxi for my friend to come over to my house, the taxi driver arrived. On appearance of my friend the taxi driver refused to pick him up and take him to said address. I then phoned the operators and they said they always ask for the money upfront. However my friend couldn't do this as I was paying for the taxi on its arrival to my house. I have used this company many times and never once have I been asked for the money upfront. Personally I think judging a person on their appearance is dispicable. I will never be using this company again and I recommend nobody else does either, Thankyou to home 'n' away for picking up my friend!

Lady was really rude on phone and slammed it down on me. Won't use again, now I know why the others were all booked up in the area!!! 😡
