The gentleman on the phone is very rude and hangs up on me 3 times. I do not recommend the company
Always ask for money upfront even though I've been ringing them for years ordered a taxi the other day didn't even turn up up rang three times asking where it was
On the day they had only sent one car which seats 4 people when I had rang a few days before and requested a 7 seater mini van, they did not inform me before hand and just send a 4 seater car. Very unprofessional and we had nearly missed our flight bc of them. Very disappointed and not reliable what so ever
It's not even possible to give less than one star. The person on the phone blatantly lying about sending me a taxi made me wait well over 45 minutes and they actually never sent me a taxi. I will not recommend this firm to anyone and would advise you use uber as the former Delta company now GMX is just as bad. Premier car drivers think it's OK to speak on their phone to friends in languages I don't understand. Never again!
So unreliable. This company lost me my job ,never rely on pre-booking they're just a liability. Explained I pre-booked for a reason all I get told is the drivers take their own children school first.so if you need to be somewhere on time your probably best getting your walk on then wait for a taxi.
The worst car service ever! The operators are always so rude and the drivers never turn up on time. Like you literally have to call them 1 hour before, for them to reach you in time. I have been waiting over 45 mins for a taxi. If you can’t send one then atleast tell me so I can make other arrangements. It’s a joke of business. They need closing down.
Taxi driver good,just slowly driving around. But operator very not friendly women. Very moody. After I call second time she screaming on me you waiting just 15min, what you want!??? Really sad experience.
Like to thank all premier taxi for being so honest i have lost my 2 times in there cars and its a life line for me mum. So thanks you all for being honest and dropping my phone when you found it . You the best and my mum thanks you.
Horrible taxi service. Driver was very slow and unprofessional, refused to show his ID and licence when I demanded to see it, so I refused to pay the fare. If they don’t prove they are licensed taxi drivers, you don’t have to pay the fare as they will be liable for prosecution.
