Taxi driver miserable. Told him address 3 times didn't understand me. I said I have address on my phone so he can have a look. Then said very abruptly he can't look at phone when driving even though he was pulled over and not left my road. Then he gets lost asks me for directions. I said I don't know area and he rudely said he doesn't know as from Oldham and now in Manchester even though less then 15 minutes drive

I will certainly never be using this taxi company again. Extremely rude taxi driver. I have used this company on many different occasions but who knew they'd employ such a rude man. After coming home from a lovely night out, we arrived home at the price £5.10 (as it said on the meter), literally in the taxi for no longer than 5 minutes. The taxi driver asked for £15!? Which was defiantly not right. I could name several different places that ask for that price on a longer journey. Anyway, the man said his meter wasn't working (conveniently) and insisted on £15. I thought that was very misleading and he should have told us that it was broken from the very beginning when we got in the car. He was arguing with us for 10 minutes and spoken in a very rude manner which mad us very angry being spoken to like that. We paid the price of £6 (90p) more than what we should have, and got out the car, I explained I was not happy with the situation and being spoken to as he did. He then drove away slowly, opened his window and called us all bastards!!! Then drove away very fast. Very very rude, completely no need for the way he spoke and what he shouted out his car. (This was not a private hire cab, just the normal taxi car).
