The firm seems to be going downhill as some receptionists don't seem to know what they are doing then lie to cover their mistakes.
When a taxi is booked 55 minutes in advance it shouldn't turn up 15 minutes late.
Also when questioned as to why it's late and why a text has not been sent, to be told the text message service hasn't been used for the last 2 months is just yet more lies

Charged me twice the amount it normally costs to get into work, to get home absolutely ridiculous.

This used to be our regular cab company as they delivered good service, but they have not been as efficient with pre-bookings lately. We pre-ordered the night before for an airport cab and they didn't have the courtesy to tell us they could not fulfil it at the time we needed and left us waiting 15 mins.
