I have never come across more rude and ignorant drivers in my entire life. I called for a taxi and the driver turned up 30 mins later, each time I called to ask how long he would be the receptionist would say he’ll be there in 2 minutes. Not only was she unhelpful and rude but I could hear her laughing and discussing their clients in the background. So unprofessional. The driver himself was so rude. I DO NOT RECOMEND
Just want to say thank you to the management and driver at delta. My mum and dad left a bag with an I Pad in the taxi they were so upset when they realised in the the morning but the driver had handed it in to the desk so they got it back. Very professional and honest, thank you .
Got picked up at work to go to hospital appointment. On time but driver already had meter on when I got in car. Tried going longer way to destination. Overcharged for journey. Out of order. Had good feedback about delta but beware of drivers trying to rip you off.
The worst taxi firm I have ever come across in my life ,they are a waste of space and havnt a clue what they are doing .They leave you stranded at Tesco when you order one with your name upstairs. They don't bother to call your name 3 times they have done this to me .Really they don't deserve any stars at all . 07-06_2019

Don't even know why I still continue to ring delta. My taxi is never on time, ever. I told the driver to stop as we had reached my house but he kept driving along the road for a while and pulled up at the end instead, which resulted in me paying more for him to drive back to my house.. Didn't even knock the money off considering it was his mistake. Never again
Superb service. Text back service. Friendly drivers left my wallet in the car and the firm were really supportive during a busy period, yet they stopped and dropped off my belongings. Thank you.
I used to use Delta exclusively, but they got progressively worse and unreliable and shifted to another firm. Unable to contact the other firm, I gave Delta another chance - don't know why I bothered. Taxi didn't turn up, gave them a few minutes and rang them back - was told the driver was only a few minutes away. 10 minutes later I rang another firm up, which came a few minutes later, and cancelled Delta. Terrible service, possibly the worst in Oldham. Avoid.
