I was wrongly advised that Pembury Auto Centre were Saab experts and would surely be able to sort out the starting issues I had with my Saab 93 TiD. They certainly talked the talk, confidently informing me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the problem. Their quote was just under £700, which seemed a bit steep, however, I was assured that this would resolve my starting issues, so therefore I agreed to get the work done. Unfortunately, within a few days the starting issues returned, only this time it was much worse. After 2 weeks the car would not start at all and so I called Pembury Auto Centre to see what could be done. To my surprise, for a company who have such good customer reviews, their attitude was very disappointing. Rather than show any concern that the work they had carried out had not resolved the problem, infact, made it worse, they said that they had successfully completed the work specified and if I had other starting issues, they could take another look for an additional charge. After paying out hundreds of pounds, this is not what I wanted to hear. As far as I am concerned, they took my car in with starting issues which they were not able to resolve, but rather than try to correct matters, their attitude was arrogant and uncaring.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the guys at Pembury motors who got my corsa moving again it was a difficult problem and you went above and beyond to rectify it and didn't rip me off in the process, as some garages might have. Would definitely recommend this garage.

Steve and his team are always professional, friendly and very easy and reassuring to deal with. Prices are always fair. Extremely accommodating and go the extra mile to please. Prefer using these guys over any main dealer anytime.

Professional and friendly garage. 
They support NHS staff with a 10% NHS discount. 
Will definitely use again for any future car problems or maintenance work.
