Wanted to share a great experience we had with Harvey and the Hyundai Team at Canterbury after a terrible experience at another garage previously I was nervous about seeing other cars and being pushed by heavy sales tactics. Thankfully this was not the case and Harvey was exceptional throughout our purchase of our car, which we collected yesterday. Harvey explained everything to us in excellent detail even sending a video before our visit to the show room. All our questions were answered and we feel very confident we will be looked after as a Hyundai customer. Thank you Harvey, excellent customer service.
So far, so good. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Jesse and his manager. We were in the market for a new Hyundai Santa Fe. We had done a lot of research but the actual knowledge of the manager and the good nature of Jesse lead us to find the exact specification we were looking for. You could say we had a bit of a laugh. I was able to gain a deal that was right for me, not sure for Marshalls, lol. I look forward to taking delivery of my new car. I will update the review then. Thank you Jesse and Manager sorry, name escapes me.
I can honestly say I am 200% happy with my experience with Hyundai today.. After some disappointment with other dealers, my visit to the Canterbury dealer was totally pleasurable from the minute of walking in. All the assistants were busy with customers, however, Beth the service assistant was very helpful in showing different cars to me I ended up with the 1st car she showed me Beth even went out & purchased decaffeinated coffee to meet my needs Antonio was the very pleasant young man sales assistant that talked me through the different cars, took me for a test drive and answered all my queries. Very very pleasant young man I can definitely recommend Hyundai and their wonderful team.
Just a note of appreciation for the outstanding service we received today from Jesse Pearce, Jesse helped us look for a car that was within our budget range, Showed us all round and answered all of our questions and was so patient with us, Was very very helpful. He took us out for a test drive and showed us everything we needed to know on the Hyundai Tucson NLine. We came back and brought the car the next day, and we loved it so much, the whole team there are also very friendly and so welcoming. Thank you so much Jesse. Oh and I must say while your looking round make sure to try a latte there it was so good too We are Very happy customers Ricky & Elizabeth
Excellent customer service the sales chaps are superb. We were kindly looked after by Rupert who went above and beyond looking after us in the sale of our new car would highly recommend them.
I previously wrote a review and gave 1 star. There were several reasons for this. The manager contacted me within an hour. They apologized and we resolved the situation. Finally, after 2 weeks, I received my car. I am grateful to the managers and Stuart for your patience and understanding. This is very important to me I still have to go back to fix a few parts, but I hope it won't take too long. P.s If you are here, don't pass by and try a cup of coffee. It's delicious

Highly recommend, thanks to Harvey we felt really comfortable purchasing our car all the way from Cambridge. Since we couldn’t visit in person, Harvey provided multiple videos showing the state and features of the car. He made the entire process really easy. The car was delivered in great condition and was true to the videos. Even after the sale, Harvey was available to answer the remaining questions we had. Top service!
I'd been working with Jesse to identify a car for my family. We test drove a Tucson N Line and loved it, but it was a bit out of our price range. Jesse then found a Tucson Ultimate better model but slightly older that looked affordable. I wanted to get a sense of the monthly cost to compare with a Honda CR-V. I preferred the Tucson, though and was close to deciding. Jesse handed over to his sales manager and that's where my customer experience took a nose dive. The sales manager clearly didn't want to bother doing the work to give me a sense of the cost. He kept interrupting me when I was describing what I was looking for and why, and kept contradicting me. He came across aggressive and patronising. Maybe he's been reading too many American books on how to do deals. He was so irritating I just walked. I mentioned my experience to a friend who was also looking for an SUV recently, and they said "Huh, that's interesting. We really didn't like the vibe from the salesman in Marshall Hyundai. So we went elsewhere." From their description, it was the same person. I wonder how many more cars they would sell if this guy wasn't there. I love the new Tucson. But I would never buy from Marshalls Canterbury and risk having to deal with him for after sales care.
