The complaint stems back to when I purchased my car in January 2018. From there it has snowballed from being about 1 particular person to encompassing every point of contact I have had with the garage. I have not ever had a call back regarding any of my issues. 
Over a month ago I rang and spoke to the sales manager (this is after having no calls back as promised and the sales person in general again being exceptionally rude), he assured me he would take this up with the dealer principle after he got back from holiday. Yet no phone call. I then rang 3 times yesterday and had the most helpful person I have spoken to who was on reception. She passed my messages on but no call back. I rang again this morning but the DP is not in today. I then found out the receptionist is a temp and not an employee which is very telling!
I would like this now escalated. I would also like the customer satisfaction form that I was asked to fill in BEFORE I had even received the car to be removed as it is not reflective of the service I received.
The sales people seem to only want a sale and will say anything to get one, they will even lie to get a sale.
The car hand over was non existent, I was just given keys to a £45K Land Cruiser and not shown one thing on it, from other garages I have since learnt the hand over is about an hour on these.
I have then been lied to and ignored on every follow up call at every level of the business including the dealer principle (manager) of the garage.

Avoid this dealership at all costs is my advice.

The service me and my wife have recieved is top class, we don’t own a Toyota however that doesn’t matter. Since the start Laura and Ray have been exceptionally helpful and courteous. We will be recommending Toyota Canterbury to all our friends and family. 10/10.

Prompt work completed to a high standard. Friendly,  knowledgeable staff. 
They even send a video of any extra work that you may need ( in my case 2mm tread on wheel) 
I am very happy with the service I received here and would recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent Toyota main dealership both friendly and efficient. They provide a brilliant shuttle service to nearby Canterbury when your car is being serviced.
