Fantastic guy, I Honestly couldn’t rate a more amazing guy in Glasgow for fixing vintage 1970s ELECTRO HARMONIX guitar pedals. Flynn amps brought my 1976 SCREAMING TREE and my 1977 DELUXE ELECTRIC MISTRESS back to life after I didn’t think it was possible. The best guy in Glasgow, what he doesn’t know ain’t worth knowing.
So, very disappointing that this place, in spite of all the great reviews, can't be bothered serving a customer. Maybe if I'd been a 55 year old man with long hair it might have been different! Instead I am a 70 Yr old woman....but I still had an amp which I wanted to be looked at. When I first entered the shop, a couple of guys were finishing off. As they left I held the door open and another guy came in went straight to the counter and started talking about a repair. OK, I'm small, but not that small. What was worse, the guy behind the counter said nothing and chatted away to him. He even showed him an amp he had recovered. It was very nice indeed he had certainly made a good job of it but I was still waiting! No acknowledgement that I was even there! I left the shop, I was so disgusted!! The work he does might be excellent, but his customer care and relations leaves a lot to be desired!!
They did a great service on a vintage AC50. Went the extra mile in taking their time tracing the earth loops and dodgy solder joints and old components that were out of spec. Delighted with the amp
This guy Steve is a professional and one of the best number one in Glasgow who can fix your audiophile expensive amplifier toys .. I did left my Onkyo M5000R flagship with faulty left channel and he fix it .. I’ve been everywhere and no one knows what’s going on but Steve knows and repaired it Once again thank you Steve Ps. I don’t understand other comments regarding his customer service he is busy I agree but very good to talk like a good friend he always give me at list 5min for conversation really friendly conversation
I have used Flynn Amps for a couple of years now and have been absolutely delighted with the service, and prices. So far Stevie has built a speaker baffle for a Princeton, fixed an early 80s Memory Man Deluxe I broke by tinkering, rewired a 5F1 Champ and most recently put a master volume in a Fender Custom 68 Pro Reverb for me. All work has been completed to an excellent standard, prices are really reasonable charged me a third of what someone else had quoted recently. His chat is good too!! Highly recommended - glad I found Flynn Amps!
Had a last minute fault with a bass amp and needed a quick turn around. Flynn Amps were able to turn it around in good time and we got it back well before when we needed it. Top service
I took my son’s eBay purchased Hot Rod DeVille for a post-transit-not-working-check. Problem solved within 30 minutes. Excellent service from Andrew which saved a great deal of hassle for both me and the seller. Very much appreciated.

Great service from Flynn Amps. I put my Mesa Boogie in on Monday and got it back on Wednesday. What a difference a service makes. I would recommend Flynn Amps if you want your amp tuned up.
Bought the Fuzz Tone pedal last week. Not only and amazing pedal offering some classic fuzz tones, but fantastic service and communication too. I’ll be ordering my Flynn amplifier ASAP!
