We visited Dsquared2 shop in Conduit street London in 24 of December 2021. We came to the shop twice to buy a pair of Legend Sneaker. The staff was not helpful at all. The security man was polite and helpful. The shop is really nice shamed about customer service.
Visit selfridges in Birmingham at least once a month Always leave with something Everyone who works there Is always so kind and helpful you don't get followed around and left to enjoy your shopping they just let you know they're nearby if you need them. Everything is always in the best condition and if you have any problems to let them know and as long as you have a receipt you can return the item. We often but shoes and bags and the people upstairs are lovely especially the lady who works on the till near the bags next too offspring. She always makes sure to wrap our gifts and bag them for us and seals them closed so people can't grab them. Her customer service is amazing Will post some of our best buys from the shop you will also often find amazing discounts on items and pick up once in a lifetime deals
It's still good, but not quite what it used to be. I think it's less "kid friendly" and they focus more on the fashion side of things. Still, eateries inside selfridges were very varied and unique.
A ginormous shopping place that has got a bit of everything right from costly designer clothes and boutique items to toys and home decors and chocolates. Everything in here was a tad pricey given it was Selfridges that comes with quality. Loved the cafe, and also the Krispy Kreme doughnuts and the noodles bar. Parking can be done in the adjacent building and can be accessed via an overhead tunnel which was really awesome.
Huge store full of everything you could expect. Including Krispie kremes, Ed's diner, cake stalls, Greek restaurant and Yo Sushi. The lady in the alcohol section, was very friendly and helpful
The Saturday female staff were wonderfully-helpful, friendly and welcoming. Sorry if I didn't get your names on badges due to poor eyesight, you know who you arethank you:!
I went to Selfridges with my wife. There are top brands in it and there is a wide range of shoes branded purses watches and many clothing varieties. I highly recommend this place to visit once. All top brand are there in it.
My wife and I had a very rare free day together and decided on a shopping day in Birmingham. Fabulous decision. From the eateries we visited particularly Piccolinos restaurant with lovely food and service to the very fabulous selfridges. Great shopping experience. Staff throughout the store are welcoming. Helpful and professional. A particular thanks to Jennifer who works at the Chanel stand. Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional young lady. Would highly recommend a visit to the store and food and refreshments at Fumo restaurant. The staff there too were fantastic. Loved it. Looking forward to going back soon.
If I can give zero star, I would. So recently I’ve visited Selfridges Gucci store and it’s probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever experienced. Mum went to the store to buy a bag and yes, the store staff did tell us to check the bag for quality but we didn’t really look at it in real detail, just had a quick look and everything seems fine. But when we got home and mum had a proper look at the bag in her own time, she found a small cut on the side. When you spend that much money on a bag, you want it to be perfect so of course mum felt she want it to be exchanged. 5 days later after purchase, we got to the same store, bag in its original packaging, nothing was changed and explained to the staff that there is a small cut and we want it to be exchanged, the staff said they don’t see nothing wrong from it, it’s not an issue. They also said, we checked the bag on the day we purchased, his colleague signed the receipt saying it’s fine and it’s our fault that we didn’t check it properly during the purchase!? You got to be kidding me!? Then what is 30 day return policy?! What is that for!? I’m not even return it, just want an exchange due to a fault on the bag and it’s my problem!? Shouldn’t you check the bag properly since you are selling it?? Don’t you guys do quality control? Biggest rubbish I’ve ever heard! Once they agreed they will exchange, I literally don’t want to go back ever again. Worst customer service!
Great atmosphere and amazing and high quality products and I just love their perfumes! Quite expensive though. The staff are always ready to help with a pleasant personality
