Got what I was looking for. Nice and cooperative customer care.
Marvellous visit to the Bullring shop today , delightful helpful staff, a wonderful range. This was my first purchase of sketchers footwear, I wore them home and they are wonderful. Great value as well, cheaper than expected. My wife has had these before , but had to buy some new ones while there. With those colours, why wouldn't you?
My wife buys here work shoes from here. She says really comfortable and ideal for the job carer on 12 hour days

Skechers shops are usually gob smacking department stores, and whilst Skechers Birmingham Bull Ring is a nice shop, it doesn't have the wow factor of Skechers Norwich which is a show stopper, and others such as Skechers Times Square in New York. Skechers is England's 2nd city after London, so this branch needs to be expanded and have further investment put into it. The products are right, the names well known everywhere, so what's stopping you?
Absolutely disgusted! Went in around 19.20 on a Saturday and staff made it obvious they didn’t want to serve us and couldn’t be bothered to smile or even offer any help. Asked for size of shoe and was told it’s in the shoe in times like this customer service is even more important! Such a shame Skechers you have lost a customer for good due to this experience
