Spacious shop, with lots of stock on show to browse - staff helpful or as much as they could be given it was so busy, queues at the checkout even men’s seemed a good selection of the brand, on glancing on. Shop itself looked untidy but think was due to the volume of customers and staff struggling to tidy the shelves/rails and products - always love a good Zara bargain and each shop I’ve visited always has something not seen before
I work in retail where we take the items off the customer, and put them first, however the way the workers treat the customers in this store is terrible. There was one worker who was nice apart from that the fitting room service was horrible, they gave weird looks and created a scene when i couldnt hang 2 items on a rail as i was in a rush? Management needs a brush up on their employers, they are getting paid to tell customers to do their job from the looks of it. it was quite embarrassing and i was in a rush to catch my train. Noticed a few reviews with the same issue. If you wish to be treated with respect shop in other stores, trust me
Reasonably priced. Good quality clothes. Queue to pay was very little ng and took absolutely ages. One assistant on the till dealing for ages with one customer while the queue grew and grew. More staff should have been called. The lady behind us was getting very anxious as she had to return to work. Lost sale as a result !!
I was in this store on Thursday 3rd October with my husband I could not locate the items I required, I approached a member of Staff who I believe was a manager ‘excuse me I said he was busy doing something to stock again I said excuse me he looked at me I asked I am trying to locate these items showed my phone he replied I will be with you in a minute and walked off to get stock!!! I was more shocked that he walked past myself and my husband looking at us. I am a Store Manager and would or have never provided or received such appalling service I was absolutely disgusted I would give 0 stars. I believe it’s the customer that drives your business. Shall never be visiting you again avoid I say
Such rude cashiers, all of them super impolite and blame the customer for absolutely everything they are not organised at all. There was a card only till we were not aware of and the cashier was mumbling the entire time like we were supposed to hear anything, we handed her the cash “I told you this is card only” rudely, proceeds to follow me after I go back in line “you have to pay for this” like we were not supposed to know that? So rude she just thought I was gonna steal in front of her face when i was just standing at the back of the line, moves me to another till that accepts cash and the lady there doesn’t even say hi. Are the girlies not trained? And don’t even get me started to the long quest to the fitting room and the tills, this is just proving the lack of organization- it’s literally suffocating in there!
after trying my items on i tried to leave the items with a worker which after acknowledging me, ignored me by walking past me. The other worker i have tried to give the items to told me to wait and hang the items back on the hanger. i was in a rush and half of my items were hung while 3 of them werent. i felt really uncomfortable by the environment and dont recommend the store at all, working in retail myself ive always been taught to put the customer first, but this doesnt seem the case with this store,.
Very busy place. Organisation is often lacking. The route to get in for trader is completely overgrown by vegetation and trees. If you have a wide vehicle it will get scratched, and even with just a standard size car. If you lucky enough to be directed in the inner circle you will do good otherwise they send you up a hill don't bother. Leave and ask for e refund.
Went into Zara man to buy clothes for my brother. The cashier forgot to remove the tag from one of the clothes , so when we left the store it beeped . When we went back to take off the tag, the cashier seemed annoyed and blamed us for not paying for the shirt , even though she was the one who packed the clothes into the bag. Not only was she incompetent, but I wonder how someone could not use basic common sense. While packing the clothes into the bag she was as on a casual call on the phone and seemed least interested to do her job . Disappointed!!
Great shopping experience. Right im the middle of city centre on the main junction of high street. Had to wait in a long que before entering the store. This explains how much people like it. The store itself is beautifully decorated and has a Great interior. Consists of multiple floors that segregate mens, women and children clothing. In terms of clothing its has more or less everything to cover all events from formals to casual etc. Shoe variety is a bit of question but again its not a shoe store only. In terms of quality its good. Some products are excellent and prices wise its not bad for the quality. In totality its a giod brand.
Staff are not trained well, there’s stock everywhere and people pushing past you. The shopping experience is on par with a primark. I went in for one dress and I was in there for just over an hour after queuing for the fitting rooms and then waiting to pay. As I got out I had about 8 garments in my hands and the lady said “just up there” and pointed at the rail as I was smiling trying to hand them over to her. I was there for at least a minute struggling to untangle the hangers with one hand. It’s a shame because I love Zara but I think I’ll have to order online from now on
