I don’t very often write reviews but I was soooooo impressed with this store today! Firstly, I do have to say that the store layout is a bit daft! Womenswear upstairs ??? I went into today with my baby in her pushchair - there is no lift so no way upstairs. The shop assistant Michelle and her colleague, whose name I didn’t get were so helpful! Michelle went above and beyond! I asked her if she’d watch my baby for 2 minutes while I ran up to see if anything was what I was looking for. She put my baby behind her till, she rang up to reassure me she was fine! I did find several things I liked so her colleague brought them down to the changing rooms on the ground floor. Michelle had put my baby in the store cupboard with the door slightly ajar because she’d fallen asleep and it was darker in there. She then helped me with every outfit, gave genuine advice/critique. Not pushy at all! She was amazing!! I ended up buying 3 things and it was all because she made the experience with my baby so relaxing! Customer service is lacking in a lot of places but not in this Reiss store - totally outstanding!!!!!
Great store although Womenswear is upstairs and no lift or escalator :
As is often the case in Reiss stores, the staff just stand behind the tills talking to each other and ignoring customers. Not a single acknowledgement in our entire time in the store.
Excellent shop, Fantastic service!
Service was absolutely impeccable. I normally find suit shopping a chore, but Elliott and Luther who helped me pick, order, then come back in to fit the suit made it a real pleasure. Big shout out to them and the general customer service.
I would have given it more stars. I shop quite allot at reiss generally staff are good and helpful but on some occasions you get some staff that look like they've just been told their dog has died.
I have been shopping in reiss for few times the sale assistant named MATT was very helpful and friendly.
Poor customer service. I'd rather use the Selfridges store which is right next door.
Didn't have the item I was looking for, however, a lovely young lady named Rhianna helped me out and delivered excellent customer service and made sure I was well looked after.
Arran was fantastic in helping me to pick out a new dinner suit for an upcoming event. He was knowledgable and forthcoming when it came to choosing from a variety of options. He was also very patient when it came to the fitting and alteration stage which allowed me to test out various different fitting styles which made it a calm and relaxful experience.
