Good experience in this store. The staff were friendly and helpful and the store was well stocked. There was a seasonable display which was pleasant to the eye and also a fragrance diffuser which made the store feel very festive. The only problem I would say is that the tills were a bit slow and had to wait for a while. Worth a visit :
Really good store, staff are very helpful they go above and beyond for the clients like myself. Glad to be a privilege customer. The bedding is very good and reasonably priced too. The sales are the best bargain in Birmingham
I went in to buy 6 decently sized candles and when I got to the till and asked for them to be individually bagged an older white lady sarah just handed me the bags and tissues on the candles on the counter. There was 2 cashiers and only 1 person behind me in line. You'd think spending a couple hundred quid at a place they'd at least pack it for you. Considering I'm a brown man and other people were shown more care I saw this as a touch racist and its completely unacceptable
Absolutely disappointed I have ordered some items before Christmas,with a next day delivery, and I have received a delay message from DPD that will arrive a day later. Ofc it didn't happen. I have contacted the customer service and I have received apologies and a promise that I wil get a next day fee refund and same day promised delivery. It didn't happen. Same again, customer service, same promises and no positive result. On Christmas day the 24th, again customer service and same promises and no delivery Lies and empty promises all I've got from The White Company No present for Christmas and after even just again promises. What a big disappointment. OMG!!!
Even tho it's quite expensive some of their items you can't get anything similar elsewhere and I love their purfume
Great service. I was taking one item back, and then changed my mind on the size of another item half way through the purchase typical nightmare customer behavior and Victoria was really patient with me. Appreciate the level of service provided.
Really great service by polite, well mannered staff. The lady answered my questions and gift wrapped my item. Great company to purchase online from to but nice to still be traditional and have a personal touch.
the staff are really friendly. however i often find better deals on their online site. the shop is very clean and nicely maintained. i rely on it for buying last minute gifts
Lovely store with a great range of products available. Hand gel was available at the entrance to the store, staff were helpful and attentive!
