Millers Music in Cambridge is a wonderful place for music lovers! They offer a large selection of instruments and sheet music and all of the staff seem very knowledgable and friendly. Although I was just browsing on the occasion I visited a couple months ago I was made to feel very welcome and all my questions were answered very thoroughly. I was looking at pianos and although I don't know much about the technical specifications of different brands and styles I now feel much better equipped to make a decision when I do come to the point at which I plan to purchase. Everyone was very helpful, but Hannah in particular made sure that all my questions were answered.

Went into the shop before Christmas to find out about buying a set of 30 Ukuleles as a donation for a school. The lady who served me took details and said she would look into it for me. She said that she may forget to do it for me. She told me to call the shop if I did not hear anything. After over a month I called the shop. The person I spoke to offered no apology for the poor customer service and said that he would speak to the lady I had spoken to and resolve the situation. This was 3 days ago and I still have not heard back. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Millers Music has demonstrated a level of professional service and commitment to customer satisfaction that is rarely encountered these days. They did all they could to help get a piano delivered on my wife's birthday, which made her (and thus my) day. There was a small hiccup at the start, which they overcame. All that despite my nagging and awkwardness. Their efforts were greatly appreciated and I cant recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a basic power pack. Took 8 weeks to be delivered. No updates to explain lateness. Then delivered to wrong address. Unhelpful on the phone.

I felt like I was given 5-star treatment when I got my cornet here. Exceptionally friendly and were super with the children who were with me. They set me up with the right size VB1 cornet mouth piece - were apologetic at how much extra that was and very kindly gave me a discount for the joint purchase. Very decent - and a super looking shop even to just browse. Could have stayed all afternoon!
