The 2 hour time slot to order prescriptions is ridiculous; arbitrary and inconvenient. They also cancelled several appointments and claimed this was at 'the patient's request' when it was not.

Just like all doctors these days they offer terrible service, never answer the phones, can never offer an appointment and treat everyone equally but evidently some more equally than others!!
