We have been waiting more than 6 hours! How it can be called an emergency department! Unbelievable! And nurses are useless at all!

ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTED - SHOCKING EXPERIENCE TWICE IN ONE WEEK!! First visit was with my rapidly swelling foot - insect bite. Refused to give me antibiotics! Second visit for a EMERGENCY MRI SCAN, with a hand written letter from my own GP! Sat in a bay on a trolley for 3.5 hours for nothing to be done and no treatment to be given! PITYFUL WITHOUT A DOUBT. DEAR GOVERNMENT, WHAT DO I PAY MY NATIONAL INSURANCE FOR, EXACTLY???
