Couldn't recommend these guys more. I have found most bike shops/workshops completely different to bike workshops across the rest of the country in that they are wildly expensive, unfriendly and generally 'no' type people. Piotr was incredibly helpful and clearly cares a lot about his customer's bikes. I was requesting a quick workaround despite knowing I needed a longer term fix and he explained that 'we fix bikes properly'. Refreshing to hear he would rather do the job right than take some short term cash now and more later when I need the real fix. I also noticed later that weekend that he had plugged a couple of bar ends onto the handlebar for free and didn't even mention it. Legend. Won't be going anywhere else in London for bike stuff.
Fantastic independent shop. I got a flat on my Brompton today near Kings X, and these guys helped me get it fixed within an hour. Piotr also shared some clever tips and tricks on maintenance. Solid prices too. Thanks!
Very helpful, generous service. Managed to replace my brake cables and a few free extras whilst I grabbed a coffee nearby, after just showing up thinking the brake pads were worn.
Went in for what was a simple job. I needed two new tubes. One because of a puncture and the other due to a faulty valve. The turnaround time was good but price was ridiculous. 30 pounds for labour and 22 for the replacements. 52 pounds in total... Ridiculously expensive
Lifesaver! Fixed my wheel in the evening at a time when all the other shops were closed. Gave good advice on wheel alternatives. Also noticed that my front wheel was loose, so lifesaver in more ways than one. Thank you!
They are the best, kindest repair workshop ever. I got a puncture late in the day, arrived 10 min before their closing time, very apologetic ofc, and they fixed it for me AND were so lovely about it.
Honestly, I love this bike shop. I've had several full services for a couple of bikes here and the standard of care and workmanship is exceptional.
I’ve never trusted bike mechanics, they usually make things worse, that was until I discovered Piotr. I had a noisy bottom bracket, I tried everything including a new BB. Piotr knew what was wrong straight away, within 24hrs I had my Condor repaired with a silky smooth BB. Incredible service, good price and above all super nice, no ego attitude. Thanks
Excellent service. Had a road collision on the way to work which bent my front wheel. Replaced and did a full check on the bike within an hour. Go to place in London.
Stopped at this bike shop by chance today and it was GREAT. I flew with my bike to London a few days ago and I put it together myself, so I needed someone to double check it. Peter took care of my bike on the spot; he adjusted my derailleur and also fine tuned my brakes, handlebar and pedals super quickly. He was also very generous with the price! I was lucky to stop there today and really recommend the shop. It will be my local shop from now on :
