Established in 1948 Condor Cycles has been manufacturer bicycles for over 65 years. Condor bicycles have been ridden to National and World Champion titles, ridden in the Tour de France and raced by Olympian.
Condor Cycles offers is a fully equipped retail store with servicing facilities, a manufacturer of frames, components and accessories, and has one of Europe's largest clothing departments.

Did a full bike fit and service with Condor. It was my first bike fit so I wasn't sure what to expect. James was amazing! He took his time to assess my riding and offered so much advice throughout the process. Ended up with lots of adjustment, a beautiful new handlebar and saddle. The bike service was done on the same day. My gears never felt so smooth! So great to have finally found someone I can fully trust with my bike! Thank you so much! <3
Super friendly and helpful team! Looking for a helmet and they advised me without trying to upsell me or have me buy something that wouldn’t work for me. Highly recommend, they are super knowledgeable and if they can’t provide what you’re looking for, they will honestly recommend other options. Superb location, well stocked shop, good choice of brands including Albion!
Exceptional customer service. I was after a way to transport my Brompton on a plane on a regular basis. The salesperson went through each of the luggage options, demonstrating how it would work with the bike. This included assembly of one of the options and how I could also pack in a Brompton bag and its frame. I bought the B&W foldon. Then the salesperson made a strap from an inner tube and even cleaned it. See photo. I didn't think that level of service existed anymore. Thanks
I made an online purchase of some mudguards which came more quickly than anticipated but there had been a slight error in communicating what parts I needed. Condor were very swift and considerate in responding to me and rectified the situation immediately. Perfect
Excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff. Minton and the manager apologies if I have the name wrong sourced a niche piece of handlebar equipment when I lost it from my Brooks grips and replaced it without trouble. Everything a bike shop should be! Thank you fellas.
I'm not easily pleased and hate being sold to but... JULIAN CUNNINGTON What a star. That's the best customer service that I have ever had, hands down. Julian talked me through my Bivio gravel bike build, and never once tried to push me into a decision, he listened to me, then gave sound and honest advice on every single part down to the smallest detail. It never once felt like I was speaking to a salesperson, it was incredibly enjoyable and just felt like I was sitting down with a mate building our dream bike. We first spoke on the phone on Monday for over an hour and then made some tweaks via email throughout the week and finalised everything on the phone today. Admittedly, I have busted my balls in terms of budget on this build and would have been wary to spend that amount of cash if I didn't have Julian's passion, knowledge, and reassurance along the way. I'm very confident that this is going to be an absolute corker of a bike that I'll keep forever. Thanks so much for your help! Can't wait to see it
Spent a good quarter of an hour fixing my Brompton which I didn’t even buy from them, and wouldn’t even charge me! Super friendly and knowledgable staff too. What an amazing shop. Thank you so much.
I used to have second hand condor bike. Only frame left. Gear 105. Spent 6 yrs in london streets pedalling every day min. 30 miles daily. Such a bike, such a frame. I'm going to pay you a visit soon. To get a new one. Condor rules
My preferred place to go to for brompton or road bike parts and other quality bike parts in London. Since I moved abroad also a good online shop for parts currently not available in the EU, e.g. portland design works
I am very happy with the way that they dealt with me, the after sale’s service is great. My bike feels as good as new.
