My gears died on Tottenham Court Road and I was freaking out how much getting it fixed in EC1 would cost but I was pleasantly surprised. I was there first thing in the morning before the guy could even get in the door and have his coffee but he was very helpful. Job was done same day bang on quote. Checking the parts on the itemised bill and they were well priced against market. Many thanks!
Extremely rude. I can see the other reviewers also had a bad experience in many cases. Whenever we did puncture repairs it would be damaged within days.So we bought new tyres, that did not last. Continual drain on time and money. Trying to find somewhere else now.
They have worked on my Brompton many times and always done an amazing job, the Brompton shop sent me here originally, and I can see why. A wonderful bike shop who repair any bike any age. Support your local independent bike repair shop!
Went in to get my flat tyre fixed. They replaced my old tyre for a new one. I rode home and then the next morning the new tyre had deflated. When I returned to the shop to seek assistance, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. They refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the faulty tire and simply told me to "figure it out myself." Not only were their customer service skills appalling, but they also showed a complete lack of interest in resolving the issue. I will never return to this bike shop and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice.
Extremely rude and awfulwith a expensive charge but can not fix a thing. After charge me £200 my problem still exist and refuse to talk and communication to solve my problem. The owner always in a bad mood when I trying to explain what's the problem he throw out my bike and let me go all that is after charge me £200. What a rediculous and useless bike fix shop
Took my bicycle twice, both times for a flat tire. Both times the tire lost pressure AGAIN the day after! they couldn’t even align properly the tire which was touching the frame when rotating. Not a professional job, very imprecise and overpriced
I took my bike here because of a flat tyre on my ebike a few months ago... and boy do I regret it. Not only will they over charge you for a simple repair £40! they will do a poor/lazy job of it. I noticed they seemed like they were rushing around repairing other bikes which was a red flag but I trusted they'd still get the job done properly because of the high cost.... no. When I got my bike back after work, I noticed the wheel was very jittery and I felt unsafe. I inspected it only to notice the wheel wasn't even fitted properly. I took it back for one of the guys being very apologetic and fit it properly. After that I proceeded to travel home and once again, the wheel started to feel more jittery however, not as bad as earlier. by this point I was too close to home and ended up just repairing it at my local bike shop for £20 and I've had no issues. They recommend I don't take it to this shop again and I definitely won't. If you want to over spend on a rushed simple flat tyre repair then this is your place. Other than that, find a more trusted bike shop.

I ordered a customized bike with delivery to Portugal and they did a great job. After several conversations about what kind of bike I would like to have, they sent me pictures with the result and then disassembled the bike so it could be packed and send to me. It arrived fast and in the perfect state. They even helped me with assembling it via Skype. The bike is prettier than in the pictures, works perfectly and I’m in love with it!
Had a collision with a e-bike and found the above shop. They were brilliant did the fix and my bike is running even better now. Thanks
