onathan Ridsdale just now NEW Still awaiting confirmation on an online order that was placed on Febuary 7th. Have called and just been told to wait it out and my money will be refunded eventually if the shoes aren't in stock and that they've inquired about it. #1 That is not service. That's no help and I would have ordered that morning off of a different site if I knew it wouldn't actually be available. Even though it was still available to purchase.  Which it definitely shouldn't have than. #2 called another store and they basically said the same thing and were a little more sympathetic but still had no answers.  #3 This companies 1-833 help line number is not even a real number you can dial. A little fishy if you ask me, regardless if shoes or money do eventually come in. I will never use this terrible companies site again. Nor should any real shoe collector . Or even anyone that just wants the shoes they ordered.  Horrific business.

I do like some of the staff in size a lot so i'm annoyed can't back in and boost there sales. As I have purchased around 4 different pairs this month. The manager however has always been quite on edge when speaking to her seems to try. When they posted a FCFS I was 5th upon waiting for a shoe I have wanted for ages eager to get my size which I ended up getting Not reselling any of there shoes When I got out the store I put the shoe straight on and crushed my box to prove to my friends Which is not sizes business I would wear the hyped shoe , even though this has nothing to do with size the manager came storming out and asked tried to frame me for littering  why would I leave an sb box on the ground  I decided to leave as she told me not to come back... However banning someone because you thought they where littering Is mad shoes the lack of managerial Skills and professionalism .However there is some great employees. But the manager and some other are ruining sneaker culture and the shoe community for everyone Also when trying to be nice or have a decent conversation the manager has been rude and not helpful. I never leave littler it's not my type of thing  I Helped tidy up the litter on the last realise as outside the shop was full of empty alcohol and put out cigarettes  you wouldn't get that on a dunk realise

Size? Has lots of shoes and clothes from popular brands that you wouldn't find in places like jd even though they are owned by them, i prefer to shop here

Great store! Really friendly staff and exclusive shoes however can be difficult getting your size pun not intended.

I came into the new Glasgow store which is now located in the royal exchange square. Upon arriving, I asked a member of the staff for help. I got the feeling I was interrupting something by simply asking for help. There were several members of stuff just looking at their phone and appeared bored. I saw a pair of shoes I really liked online and kindly asked if they were available for purchase in store or if they could be ordered to the store for collection. I was told no, and that they don’t sell the shoes in store and that there was nothing they could do for me. What bothered me was that there were four members of staff that were totally unable to help me when I was in the store and I felt like a burden which is a real shame as I was very excited to see the new shop and shoes in store. Out of respect for the company and other customers who may enter this store and have to deal with these particular members of staff, I thought I would make my thoughts and concerns known and hope at some point my complaint can be recognised and somewhat resolved as this event has deterred me from coming into the store.

Can’t praise staff highly enough. Had a pair of faulty trainers to return, and was attended to quickly and very helpfully. New pair of trainers were provided, no fuss, no bother. Excellent service. Thank you

This morningi came in front of the shop at half 9, waiting for the opening. One of the worker said it was too early for whatever reason i was there and then he asked me in a very rude way if i had a job. Honestly i found it very offensive and rude. Im very disappointed.

Blocked me on Instagram for no reason, so now i never know what is releasing and they never do have any pair's because they have all been backdoored like all the recent dunks, and we as customers should be able to get our shoe from a local store and them to have our size but no they never have any because they have all been backdoored just don't backdoor and block and ban people for no apparent reason and it will be a slightly better shop
