Devon View is an elegant, very well maintained and preserved Victorian property set on the magnificent 7 miles long promenade of Swansea Sea Front offering delightful accommodation on a Bed and Breakfast or Room Only basis. Returning year after year visitors have enjoyed excellent service and the comfort of the charming and stylish bedrooms.

Whilst the hotel was clean that is the only positive thing.   A family member was checked in for two nights but had to leave after one. Other guests were wandering in and out of his room. He pushed the wardrobe up against the door but could still hear people trying to get in   When he had to leave the room to go to the bathroom he would return to find people searching through his belongings   Clearly the lock was not sufficient to ensure security and safety

I asked for a refund on the second night but the request was refused. 

Definitely a hotel to be avoided at all costs

Very Good location. Really close to sea.  Amazing sea view.  Rooms clean and tidy.  Very nice and helpfully staff

Nice and quiet place. Good price for short stay.

The rooms were clean and functional. The room was cosy, but not amazing. It did the job. Service was great, I had a late check in which was accommodated nicely by the staff.
