One of the best nights spent in a hotel! Made feel so welcome! Shaz and Sam went above and beyond what they needed too! Comfy night sleep and the food was lovely!! The honesty of the staff is brilliant especially when ordering food!! We’re already looking into booking our next visit!!

Staff are friendly and helpful new refurbished bedrooms are lovely. Enjoyable stay. Good plentiful breakfast plenty of choice Looking forward to another visit later in the year.

Very pleasant and clean place little more feel to it than a budget hotel.  Friendly efficient hotel staff.  Would come here again

Very nice budget hotel,  nice room, everything most people would need.  Nice food.  Convenient location just outside the city of Swansea.  I'll be back.

Rooms nice and clean. . 2 girls on reception couldn't possibly do anymore to make you welcome.
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. 
Definitely the kindest...nicest receptionist.
