Had some training today . I rang before I left to make sure it was on because of the snow. Asked if it was snowing there & if the car park was clear of snow which I was told all was fine. Parking was easy plenty of places. Had a bit of difficulty finding the right entrance when I did the coffee machine was readily available. We went straight into lunch which was lovely. Had more coffee in the afternoon with cookies and flapjacks. Water was also readily available. The only small thing was the toilets where very low. Everything else was great.

Stayed as overnight guest, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable if a little small. Good gym facilities with lots of equipment and floor space. Changing rooms could use an update and a good steam clean. Pool facilities nice. Overall not bad for the price.

Not bad overall, but room for improvements. Staff pretty unmotivated and not overly helpful. Decor is tired and dated throughout, with the exception of the dining area. This has been renovated. The bar area is okay. The rooms can be noisy. Windows don't really keep out noise or draughts. Breakfast is quite good.

Super nice hotel, stayed there for the Harry Potter studio tours. Great if you have a car, but travel from the station to the hotel ended up being pretty expensive. Other than that, the room was super comfortable and spacious, everything was clean and the staff were very helpful.

Basic but good hotel. Much nicer inside than out! Right next to a McDonald's 24 hour drive through with seating.
