McDonald's Metro Centre

Had the misfortune to visit this place on a quiet Sunday evening. We were greeted by a member of staff puffing away on a cigarette directly outside the entrance. We made our way through the clouds of smoke and placed our order at 8:12pm. Fish finger happy meal with extra fries and two frappes. At one point a member of staff in a scruffy white shirt asked in a gruff voice ‘ you being served ‘. No smile or courtesy here. Twenty minutes later the ‘ food ‘ arrived with a ‘ here you go ‘. I pointed out our wait and was glared at by a girl in a shirt that looked like it needed a good wash and was obviously two sizes too small judging by the strain on the buttons around her stomach. No apologies forthcoming. The fries were soggy and tasteless as were the fish fingers. The frappes were half full of ice however, the cream was average. In summary, if you want tasteless food served by scruffy baboons incapable of communication then this is the place for you. Otherwise look elsewhere.
