Accepting MD is a fast food and can be busy, it wasn't when using drive through. Told to go to Bay so I did. Bay 2 already had someone waiting.nnAfter 7 minutes of waiting I called and reminded them I was here. Food came straight out - good and food was good but service poor.nnWhen I left, Bay2 were still waiting
Poor service, every single time you order at this McDs - told to park up! Drive through empty and ordered a Big Mac mealn…. Standard stuff! Ridiculous and told to park up for 10 minutes! The worst McDs in Cannock for service.
Drive through is just silly, you shouldn’t have to check your meal before you move forward, it’s half 6 and I needed something for my two children and the one thing my autistic son cares about is what is missing. I ordered a happy meal and some chicken nuggets and chips, I called the restaurant and my only option was to bring my kids back out and go back through the drive through. I’m cross with myself for not looking but come on guys! It was a small order. Put the £5 I’ve given you to charity.
My son placed an order for him and his friends. £40. Only three items arrived. McDonald's didn't want to know anything about it. Best to avoid this one as they clearly do not care about the customer once they've had your money.
Over half the order missing. Rude and unprofessional customer service, refused to send out the missing items or give a refund.nMcdonalds need to stop hiring 17 year old kids who can't even tie their own shoe laces, let alone count the items in a bag to ensure that its correct and hire 'managers' that arent the fryer boys and dont sound like wanna be road men.
