Very enjoyable visit to this Mcdonalds outlet. Disabled parking spaces available. Wheelchair accessible entrance and an accessible toilet which was modern, clean and tidy. Helpful staff on duty. Room around the tables minimal but with co-operation from other diners I was able to access a free table. We were in for breakfast and enjoyed our meal.
Went through the drive-through. Must have repeated myself three times when placing an order. Whilst being told to park up whilst I wait for my order. Customers behind me didn't have to park up and wait. After waiting for a while, only half my order turns up. After telling member of staff im missing items, I had to wait even longer for the correct order. Absolutely ridiculous. My food was cold. When told member of staff my concerns about food being cold, he didn't seem bothered. Staff here don't seem to care about customer service only selling food
Received a fillet fish meal with mould onnnComplained & was met by attitude with staff without an apology just take my money back & leavennWill be taking further as not happy with service received todaynnAvoid this place
Just awful, absolutely awful. It seems that if you make the effort to enter McDonald's the less effort the staff make of you. If you're going through the drive through you get served and your food immediately. I stood waiting to be served for 5 minutes, then once served then waited an additional 20 minutes for the food 1 breakfast meal. No apology, no thankyou, absolutely nothing, this is not the 1st time this has happened. I will NOT be eating or ordering in the restaurant again. A little staff training in manners wouldn't go a miss either
Food was cold after a ridiculous wait, had to ask for my food even after waiting and there was a full scale riot going on in the store with 15/20 14-15 year olds acting like ‘ big men/women’ it took the police to be called to clear kids off!!! With one stupid girl shouting her mouth off at everyone it was hardly the best experience of fast food I have ever had. Would not use this branch again and certainly not with anyone of a nervous disposition or a small child :
