Being rather generous giving this one star. Absolutely appauling customer service: the phone was put down on my friend as she called questioning the location of our order (as it had been over an hour since ordering) and to top this off we were told our food was ‘on the way’, yet it took them another 20 minutes to deliver it even though I live a 5 minute drive away. When the food arrived we given luke-warm food that stunk the kitchen out with the smell of cheap cigarettes. Completely and utterly disgusting, would NOT recommend.

Considering me and my friends have been going to this restaurant for years I've always found the food to be lovely, but for a while now I have found the staff unfriendly and rude, there either closed during open times can't wait to get you out the door! Forget part of your order no wonder the place is so empty in there now lately and a right miserable useless manager that's running the place into the ground ,

Apsolute disgrace how they spoke to me regarding my order told me not to order from there again and put phone down. Prawn cocktail was off, food was cold, banana fritter was bad. Disgusting!!!! Nearly £30 down the drain as the food my little girl had was disgusting and also my mums. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Service is hilariously, comedically awful. That bad we enjoy it. Food is exceptional end of high quality. Try the muscles in Thai sauce. 6/5

Just ordered when a rang up due to food being late was told "food on way" once I told them who I was and what I had orded (witch was difficult as they did not want to listen) was told "yes yes on way" then the phone went down. Food not good and some was cold , tomorrow me and my friends will be popping around to discuss there customer service. DON'T USE
