I have been going to the Padma for several years now and have always been very happy with service, quality of food, presentation and service. The management have always been very flexible with catering and where possible will make meals to your request to cater for dietary reasons Of course during very busy times you might have to wait a bit longer for your meal, but that is a challenge any restaurant faces. Although very rare, when we have had to wait longer than normal the management has always provided us with complimentary drinks, so all good. Highly recommended 10/10

Visited tonight with two of my friends. I found the waiting staff very intrusive and rude. Tables were not clean and I had to ask for a plate for the poppadoms. The mains arrived promptly but were a huge disappointment; both mine and my friends Madras' chicken was tough. The sauce was also bland in contrast to other restaurants we visit (we choose different every time). To top it off, the waiter dropped food over me as he was tidying the table! I know mistakes happen but it just topped of the awful meal.

Very Bad customer service, waited too long for food, other customers were complaining that night too as waited ages for thier food too!!. For the price we paid food was poor, will never go there again.

Nice decor, food and good value for money. One star left of due to slow service.

Asked for curry madras hot my daughter tried it was like tomato sauce service poor too won't be going there again....
