Awful meal stone cold after a wait of over 2 hours for the third time!! Really rude over the phone to us and then had the nerve to call us abusive, iPhone reading their reviews anyone that complains is labelled as abusive or racist! A customer for over 6 years now and this place has gone to pot, if you want expensive cold food, with a really long wait and a mouthful of rudeness then this is the place for you. I am ordering from Stoney Lane tonight, hot tasty food, generally delivered in 45 minutes, polite staff, if you have any sense, order from them instead and you won’t have a ruined night trying to chase what should be a simple fast food order!

We have used this Takeaway for years and unfortunately it has gone down and down. Waiting time for a delivery is ridiculous, it used to be around 40 mins upto an hour at busy times, the last few times we used them it was over 2 hrs and worse was that the food arrived cold and had to be thrown away. Staff are rude and blatantly lie to you, if you dare to complain you are branded racist and threatening!!!! We asked for a refund of the last terrible meal to be told, we have a no refund policy, fortunately PayPal didn't agree! We will never use it again. Word of advice for the Management, if you can not cope with demand, demand will definitely drop.

Not impressed. Beef was tough, ribs were tough and chicken cow mein didn't have any taste. First time customer and I feel like I've been robbed. 😕

The food is really not nice. My 'chicken curry' was more like just 'chicken and onion'. It has little to no sauce on it and Most of the chicken was bare with no sauce on at all. The rice was bland and mushy. The only good thing was the chips, they were quite fresh. Also, on the website it says 'free fortune cookie with every delivery'. We received no fortune cookie which I was quite looking forward to. Will NOT be ordering from here ever again.
