Story

We are a traditional pub with a great atmosphere. We have sky sports/BT sports and show all sporting events. Our resident DJ kicks off the weekend 7pm till 1am every Friday we have various events on Saturdays. fancy yourself as a pop star join us on Sundays for karaoke it's great fun. we have a good quality and value for money drink and the staff are always happy to help.

Best place in Cannock by far! Super Bosting Great! Love the place had the time of my life in there. I never wanted the night to end we even had a lock in and told the coppers to “Piss off we’re having to much fun” 👍

Considering this pubs age you would have thought whoever owns it these days to put in a landlord who knows how to tap and vent two casks at the same time in the runup to the weekend. As it was the first cask(london pride i think) had run out on my visit but because he waited until it had before prepping the 2nd there was no chance it was going to be ready that night. Sad really as the Bass they have had on in the past used to be a cracking pint. Other than dull keg rubbish and uninspiring bottled beer theres not a lot left that holds the attention

Great Pub and beer cheap but do run out a bit to often ! You're a busy Pub with very regular punters so why not order enough beer to cope with the demands??? Ps Good game of Poker on a Wed starts at 8pm ! Run by Redtooth Poker so very proffesional organisation with top 3 finishers go to final at a top Casino . . . . .

We come in often and have the most amazing service ever. Michelle is bar staff, shes the most friendliest and politest, staff member we have ever encountered. Not only is she helpful and cheerful but well mannered and lovely also Definitely enjoy our time in the royal oak. Michelle is a credit to the company
