I am regular Chinese food lover but this one is total waste. The noodles are so soggy like a paste, chicken tastes like soya chunk. Worst part is customer service serving lady was so miserable and rude. I will never go to this place again. 500ml water bottle is £1.70 very expensive.
Asked to speak to a manager to be accosted by a member of staff who flew into a rage assuming i wanted to speak to a manager about her, she detailed how they had a huge que, a team member was pregnant and they had low stock in front of a big que of customers. No manager appeared to be present, and no one appeared in control. All I had a question about was allergy related. Honestly this is the worst experience and customer service I have ever seen. Usually the food here is good but the attitude of this staff member has lost a customer for life.
Food was well cooked however noodles bit over done,, and everything too dry. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and when I asked for a bit more of the sauce they said they weren't aloud to give more sauce, just curry sauce. Why would I want curry sauce with sweet and sour! Had to buy sweet chilli sauce from KFC next door.

1000 times better than my last visit, the chicken was ACTUALLY chicken and not pumped with gelatine and water. Proper chicken with loads of flavour, I had Caramel, BBQ and Salt and Pepper on Noodles and I will come again.
Me and my family had dinner yesterday from chopsticks and it was a total waste of money. We wanted to eat egg fried rice and without telling us that the rice is finished the guy started to serve us noodles. The noodles were soggy, taste was not nice at all. We just ate it to fill our stomach. Some we had to throw in the bin. So was very disappointed with both the customer service and the food.
I went to Chopstix today and asked the lady for two large noodle boxes, requested her to try to add vegetables from the noodles - she intentionally took the noodles from the Centre and then shook her spoon - result no veg in noodle! I then asked her to put pepper chicken for 3 topping for my noodles, once again I asked her to add the beans and peppers from the pepper chicken - result please see photo attached… 10 small pieces of chicken as 3 toppings they really need this looked into… also need to look into staff listening to customers. Very disappointed and not going back.
Group of six of us for a late dinner. Plenty of menu options and service was very good. Food was delicious and we were happy to have leftovers to take home. We was served by Shahima who was very kind and patient with us. The whole experience from start to finish is great, the food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food. We ended up getting 5 spring rolls for free as shahima mentioned us to download the app that allows you to get 5 spring rolls.
We went today and team was feeling pressure of many customers, but we loved it. We were hungry and I am Gerald I choose chopstix Thanks for lovely meals. I will recommend to my fa and friends. And my family was delighted. Thanks again Jay
This is the worst food I have ever had to eat. The rice tasted like charcoal, the bbq chicken and salt pepper chicken was tasteless. Also Jamie at the till miscounted the duck spring rolls, clearly the ability of counting from 1-10 is not needed at this establishment. Also they state that they have skinny rice but the lady at the till did not understand what rice was and kept asking what size box we would like. Overall I would rate this place a 1 out of 10. This place tastes like microwave chinese that you get from Asda. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
