I made my order at this branch, waited 22 minutes before my order was ready. Got home only to find that there was no chips as ordered. Terrible service, and very expensive. I love KFC, but after my experience at this Grays branch, it's put me right off spending my money there.
Such a depressing place to eat or even work, judging by the service. Really wanted a quick bite, a piece of chicken with some chips. The service tried to get me to buy a meal because it'll be cheaper than a single piece of chicken... It wasn't, obviously. Service lacked any kind of soul, no pleasant greeting, just "what do you want". As you can see by the picture, that's what apparently a "portion" of chips is. REALLY not worth the time or money, should've gone to Subway for a quick bite. Lesson learned.
The chips are always stall and always will get chips from metros from now on. But, the chicken is cooked with the crisp and he drink is the right temperature especially in the summer but the cookies are hard so 8/10Food: 4/5
I wanted to purchase a meal the counter staff refused to take my order saying I had to use the machines. I gave up as I couldn't substitute an item and walked out all I wanted was to sit down have a nice meal and drink what a dissapointmentService: 1/5

It's the only KFC in this area that hasn't got my order wrong yet...Food: 5/5
Above average experience from this particular restaurant. I have had food from here a few times. Reasonably quick. Usually packed with delivery drivers picking up food. There are about 6 self order tills inside and 1 manned till. But manned till only takes cash. atleast I have been told this a few times Overall happy with it.
Shame the staff have so little understanding of the English language Not a good experience when you need to ask for something 5 times only for the staff member to have to go and get another member of the team because they simply can't speak EnglishFood: 4/5
Absolutely ruined my evening. Missing items, half raw chips. Cheers, kids are crying nowme. Not on.Food: 1/5
