There was a time I used to love wagamamas, but they have gone downhill since. The prawn firecracker had about 6 prawns. Their menu has changed and they have removed some gems. The vegan options did not taste good. So many good Asian/Japanese restaurants out there nowadays, we dont need to settle for this.Food: 3/5
You can't ever go wrong with Wagamama, but there is something really nice about Wagamama at Lakeside, we were lucky enough to have a table on the terrace on such a lovely sunny day, we love every dish at Wagamama but for the forst time we tried the cauliflower and it was breathtaking, that's going to be our always on the order starter dish going forward
Lovely food as always at wagamama The best. Alike every wagamama chain beautifully presented and extremely tasty. I was so hungry my main and side I forgot to take a picture but did manage to get one of the pudding. Staff very helpful and friendly. However, for who I belive to the manager. Not nice and treated staff poorly, not fair on them especially when it was her own fault. But as she's 6 ft and in charge, she can never be wrong, clearly her fault for walking into a member of staff and into me! That's why I won't give 5 star. However, below was pudding, Chocolate and cherry ice cream. Absolutely gorgeous. The cherry inside was so succulent.
Customer service was good but it could off been better if they brought the firecracker sauce that we order earlier. The food overall was superb! Pad Thai chicken and prawns and Chilli Prawns were the stars for me. Internal lighting was too dim for afternoon while it was sunny outside.
All food we ordered were all spicy and especially the “fire cracker” was way to spicy for normal people so the company should warn people whenever customers order it. I’m a normal spicy person but this fire cracker is really too spicy!
The food is brilliant! Quick service Bao buns, gyozas, ramen, katsu curry Great place to pick and choose a lot of side dishes. 9/10
First time at WM, mainly because their wasn't a huge queue to get in. Great food, will visit again.Food: 5/5
Food in wagamama is really tasty and prepare so quick all the time!Like the new menu with new meals/drinks more suitable for summer and the paying with phone using QR code is saving lot of time,the service is good only the tables are not so clean all the time.
Good food, fast service, clean restaurant and friendly staff. Win win!
Good great as per usual. Served by a young gentleman called Indy who was tremendous at his job and offered us a great service. He was extremely polite and had the courtesy to inform us that his shift had ended and that another one of his colleagues would be taking care of us.
