Went there on Boxing Day, sign said open at 6.00am but by 6.45am we were still locked out. Staff inside totally blanked those of us who were waiting. Manager arrived shortly after and explained that the key had snapped in the lock and staff could not open up (although they did when he arrived)? Given that it only took a few minutes to get us in and sort out some food one wonders why: 1-the staff could not have explained to those waiting what was happening; 2-why someone could not have opened the door from the inside (like they did when boss arrived)to let those freezing outside in, to wait in the warm; 3-why the boss did not, at the very least, give those of us, who had waited a hot drink when we eventually got in? I have to say that the way this minor issue was handled was very poor. The staff did not seem to care about those stuck outside, the manager only a little more so. I go to this outlet quite often, it is a million times better than the newly refurbished freezing cold hell hole in the town centre. That said, this incident reveals a definite need for additional staff and management training. Could do better 5/10

Quick food, your correct order and polite staff; These are all things you shouldn't expect when visiting this McDonald's. If, however, you want to be patronised and left feeling thoroughly underwhelmed, this is the McDonald's for you. We first encountered the employees arguing with each other whilst we waited for them to sort out our food, which seemed rather unprofessional. One employee then tried to hand us the wrong order, after we repeatedly told her it was not ours. And to top off an already unorganised mess of a drive-thru, when I asked for a Diet Coke to be changed to a Regular Coke - like I ordered - I watched the unenthusiastic and clearly inept employee take it out of my hand, walk over to the drinks machine, pause for about 2 seconds, then give me back the same Diet Coke! Mind-Boggling. Were those 5 seconds required to changed a drink really that essential to her life? I think not. 10/10 would recommend hiring new staff. 11/10 would teach the new staff some manners, and perhaps the word "sorry" would be of use to them in the future? TL;DR: Went to a drive-thru, got given the wrong food, staff didn't have a clue, wish they weren't so rude.

After paying I realized they charged me 1,99£ extra, the girl called the manager, it wasn't easy for him to realize, finally he refunded me, NEVER said sorry, when the order came he told the girl to remove the extra order and also wantedto swap for smaller fries, very very p rude!!!!ruined our Sunday lunch!!!!

So glad to go to a McDonald's where it hasn't been updated.. Staines drive through food was quick and hot, unlike Hammersmith Broadway McDonald's and in the bus station

Awful a disorganised undisciplined mess. Untrained unsupervised staff. Incompetent management. Staff that speak little or no English. Undercooked warm food. Security which are obtrusive and ineffectual. Worst experience I have ever had in Macdonalds in any part of the country.
