Cannot praise the Assistant Manager Garth enough! He is very approachable and good at his job, nothing is too much. We received dirty (Food still attached) plates with our starters so asked for clean ones and then when we received dirty plates with our mains on to which we asked for management and was presented with Garth (an asset) who resolved the issue immediately. Thank you for our evening!

Need to wait for 10-20 mins before I get the table. There are bunch of tables free but people can’t be bother to clean it. Food serve very slow need to wait at least 30 mins. Food is good though but need improvement in services

So I came to TGIF for a friends birthday so as we enter the doors at 8:22 we was great and was told the table we had book 2 week in advance was booked at 9 pm , having a phone to confirm our reservation earlier this day for 8:30 strange . We was told to take a seat at the bar area where they said to order drinks whilst they get our table ready ASAP me being the only person of age to order a cocktail I order a purple rain with was lovely tattoos cover my arm and was asked for ID which I was happy to give but the way it’s was asked sounded patronising, so seated at the bar for over and HOUR after being told our table was booked for 9 we waiting a further 45 mins so as we got here 10 mins before we thought our table of 8 was booked for that left us waiting 1 hour 20 mins for our table we finally get there our food was amazing no complaints there but my friend who’s birthday it was turning 18 that night at 12 am tried my cocktail to that was taken away belly a member of management and told that I get no refund was told earlier that night that I couldn’t order a drink for her as they had a different policy then most places I let her try my drink as it was matter of hours that she would be legal all in all had a terrible time tonight and will not be coming back we planing to spend a lot of money and as a hairdresser I rely on my tips which no member of staff will be receiving off of my table tonight that’s bill came to over £200 that night would have got a lovely tip but wa snot impressed tonight and has actually ruin my friends birthday
